The wine from the “Mas des Anges”

The red wine from the “Mas des Anges” is the product of a great passion and the eagerness to elaborate an uncommon wine.

The Mas des Anges wine is also the product of a brand new vineyard of black grape varieties of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat, located on a steep and sunny hillside next to Montauban.


The vineyard is cultivated in accordance with sustainable agricultural principles and only a few bunch of grape are left on the vine during pruning to guarantee the grape quality.

The grape is cut and sorted by hand. It is naturally fermented during 11 months in oak barrels until the pressing, carried out slowly at a low pressure in order to preserve the whole quality of the juice.

A wine of great harmony, it will ideally go along with meat, game and cheese.
